Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedule changes happen. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Because each session time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, and any deposit paid will be retained. If an emergency or unexpected situation occurs, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the circumstances and determine the best option.
